Vision

Founded in 1998, the Firm has offices in Geneva, Lausanne and Shanghai and is comprised of approximately twenty specialised lawyers. Our lawyers work in several languages (French, English, Italian, German, Dutch and Chinese) and are qualified in various jurisdictions (Switzerland, USA, England and Wales, France, Holland and Luxembourg). The members of the Firm assist clients in domestic and international work.

Depending on the case, the Firm will provide a tailor-made service of either a team for large and complex matters or a single specialist.

In addition to a broad commercial practice, the Firm offers boutique services in fields such as international and domestic arbitration and mediation, private client services, construction law, art law, mergers and acquisitions, banking law, sports law and shipping.
